This is one of our favorite tiny home floorplans for families. It can sleep we comfortably. It has split lofts that can each accommodate two queen mattresses. Plus it has a separate master bedroom downstairs and a living room that easily fits a sofa sleeper. A larger water heater can fit under the stairs, though this one is often ordered with the tankless gas hot water heater. We moved the bay to the dining room to allow more space for a table, and we rearranged the living room windows to better accommodate the sofa. You can order this one with or without the porch.
