2,000 Squats Per Day

Identical twins Miriam and Michelle Carolus claim that their four-foot derričres are the result of doing 2,000 squats a day

Baby’s got back times two.

“We make sure we eat the same, exercise the same — everything the same,” Michelle tells Barcroft of their routine. “We try to do a couple of thousand squats a day to keep in shape. It won’t be all at the same time. It will usually be stretched over something like nine hours.”

The furiously fit twosome, who racked up nearly 250,000 followers on Instagram, also revealed that they earned a combined $30,000 after breaking into modeling as the “Double Dose Twins” two years ago.

“It started off with Instagram. We’d never had social media before then. We posted a picture and got a lot of attention for the first shoot we did,” Michelle explains. “We’ve have a lot of bookings for magazines and offers to travel. Modeling is actually a lot of fun.”

While their modeling ventures have taken them to the far corners of the globe, including Dubai, the Miami-based sisters currently work for the same plastic surgeon. And although they shelled out $5000 to boost their B-cups to D-cups, their most notorious assets are au naturale.

“We would never consider surgery on our butts — our workout plan pretty much takes care of that,” Miriam shares. “And when you do it naturally through hard work, it makes you feel a lot better about yourself.”

Seeking the help of King Fitness owner and founder Bahiem King, the sisters sustain their fit frames using the regimen he created, which includes a mixture of boxing, weight training, MMA, plyometrics in order to score the “part Beyoncé, part Serena Williams” result.

Though hundreds of squats are also required during their regular workout, the sisters will also squat up to 100 times each throughout the day, working up to 2000 in total.

“We will work out the exact same and make sure that if one of us has done more, the other will have to catch up,” Miriam said.

A solid exercise routine is only half the battle for these two, as they maintain their 36-22-46 measurements with an identical diet of smoothies, salads, protein shakes and fat burners as well.

“We generally stick to a healthy diet and it’s the same all the time. We are very strict about this,” Miriam notes.

“It’s like a mirror. If I ever want to know if I’m looking good or not I will just look at my sister,” Michelle adds.

“We have the same hobbies and if one of us gets something for their house, the other has to as well,” Michelle reveals. “We will still spend nights at each other’s house every other day, but if one gets on the other’s nerves, we can just tell them to go home.”

When it comes to their personal lives, however, the unattached twins have no trouble turning heads from the opposite sex.

“It’s not hard for us to get attention from guys but it’s hard for them to get attention from us,” Miraiam said. “When we are out in a club we get a lot of attention and there will be a lot of double takes of us.”

As for joint ventures in the bedroom, threesomes is where the girls draw the line.

“Some guys even think they can go after us together, which is so lame,” Miriam dished. “We share most things but we’ll never share a guy.”
